Our Church offers a variety of resources to help members grow in their faith. There is something for everyone, from online devotionals to weekly Bible study classes. We also offer a library with books and materials to help deepen your spiritual journey. Additionally, our website provides access to sermons and other audio resources. We also offer programs for youth and children to help them grow in their knowledge of the Bible. Finally, our Church provides volunteer opportunities for members to serve their community and share the love of Jesus.

If you need help buying food, SNAP can help.

HELP IS AVAILABLE: if you need help applying for SNAP, call or email a Benefits Advisor. Benefits Advisors tell you if you may be eligible for SNAP, answer your questions, and help you complete and submit your application.

Columbia County Cares

If you would like to register at Columbia County Cares Food Pantry to receive regular monthly support, here’s what you need to do:

  • Be a resident of Columbia County, GA. We will need to see two proofs of residence (driver’s license and bills mailed to this address with your name on them.) No PO Boxes.

  • Suppose you are on food stamps or have children below 18. In that case, you must get a referral slip to DFACS – Department of Family and Children Services (located at 6853 Columbia Rd across from the Sheriff’s Office and Detention Center).

  • Only one person at a given address may register with us

  • By law, we cannot register people in nursing homes or agencies providing food to residents.

Official office hours are Wednesday – Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Girlocity

Girlocity is for girls ages 11 - 19, primarily in the CSRA, but some girls participate virtually.

A four-week summer program for middle school students to prevent the summer slump impacts all youth, especially children of color, often taking their skill set back six months.

 

  • Free tutor for girls in the program

  • Bi-weekly Bible Study 

  • College tours throughout the year

  • Annual summer retreat

  • Participate in community service and take action projects

  • Girlocity School for homeschooled girls to socialize while attending their independent academic endeavors
